Hello, my name is Vered Dayan, I paint and create both. Both bohemian-style wall decorations inspired by folk art - characterized by repeating patterns - and abstract paintings, rich in bursting, multi-layered splashes of color. My works are an expression of these two opposites, which complement each other in all of us: the calm part and the turbulent part.

In works inspired by tribal/folk art, I paint with brushes or imprint paint marks using pieces of wood – which intentionally creates a primitive and rough appearance but maintains a uniform pattern. The abstract works are free from constraints – stains, splashes, smears with a knife or fingers and a brush, anything goes, everything is free, in the hope that the feeling will also be transmitted to the observer. You can order original works or prints: on canvas, on paper, on wood or on an acrylic glass panel, as detailed in the link for each work.

My name is Sharon Clear. I am a ceramist with a small, artistic home studio in Kibbutz Hazorea in the north.

My work combines stoneware and freehand construction, out of a love for direct contact with the clay and its imperfections. The tools I create are intended for everyday use, but carry with them a personal character and a story.
