Cancellation Policy

The Art-IL website operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 5771-2010.

Transaction cancellation by the customer

A transaction made on the site can be canceled according to the following conditions:

Cancellation of a transaction will be possible within 14 days from the date of execution of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the transaction confirmation document, whichever is later.

The cancellation notice must include the customer's name, contact information, transaction details, and a clear statement of the desire to cancel the transaction.

Non-cancellable products and services

Customized products or according to customer requirements

Digital products, downloads, or online content, once access has been granted

Services or workshops after their implementation date or close to their implementation date, in accordance with the law

In these cases, no refund will be given, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page.

Refund

In the event of cancellation of a transaction that meets the conditions of the law:

The customer will be refunded the amount paid, minus legal cancellation fees, if applicable.

The refund will be made using the payment method used to make the transaction, within the time period specified by law.

Transactions with artists and creators

Art-IL serves as a platform for displaying and selling works, workshops, and services of independent artists and creators. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the product or service and the creator's policy, as stated on the product page.

In any case of conflict, the provisions of the law will apply.
