Amnon's workshops from the Michelson Gallery open a glimpse into the world of augmented reality and connect art, technology, and storytelling in an experiential and accessible way. These workshops allow for both viewing existing works and hands-on experience in creating augmented reality from the conceptual stage to the final product. There are three workshop options depending on length and depth.
A 45-minute workshop that includes experiencing and viewing augmented reality and creating a short work.
A two-hour workshop in which you enter a more complete process of developing an idea and creating in augmented reality.
And a three-hour workshop that combines an augmented reality tour of Florentine and the creation of work inspired by the environment.During the workshop, the story on which the animation will be based is built, a two-dimensional and or three-dimensional animation is created, including a combination of music, narration, and subtitles, and then it is transformed into an element of augmented reality using a dedicated application, while adjusting dimensions so that the animation fits precisely on the animated item or space.
