Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, in original condition, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Custom or personalized items, products damaged due to misuse, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items, and customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
