A retired agricultural worker and one of the founders of Hatzeva. In my home there is a fireplace, and I bring in pieces of wood for burning. The great beauty of the wood grain inspired me to create various products. I started with toys, then moved on to functional items, and later to art. I do not use paint in my products—only lacquer. The natural tones of the different woods characterize my work.

I work in a workshop in my yard. The piles of wood intended for winter heating serve as versatile raw material. I create products for both anthroposophical kindergartens and regular kindergartens. Solid wooden toys last a long time and are pleasant to the touch and feel. There are toys for the visually impaired, thinking games, letters, and numbers. Wooden slices in various natural tones are suitable for drawing and writing, with different levels of finishing.
