I love working with diverse raw materials like wool, fabric, felt, leather, and lace, using colors and textures to craft unique, handmade pieces. Each creation is made with care and creativity, blending tradition with modern design to bring warmth and character to everyday life. I find joy in transforming simple materials into meaningful, beautiful items that bring comfort and style.
שלום, אני רחל, יוצרת באמנות שימושית, מתמחה בסריגה ובתפירה. אני אוהבת לעבוד עם מגוון חומרי גלם כמו צמר, בד, לבד, עור ותחרה, ומשתמשת בצבעים ובמרקמים כדי ליצור פריטים ייחודיים בעבודת יד. כל יצירה נעשית באהבה, בתשומת לב וביצירתיות – ומשלבת בין מסורת לעיצוב מודרני, כדי להכניס חמימות ואופי לחיי היומיום.
אני מוצאת שמחה בהפיכת חומרים פשוטים לפריטים מלאי משמעות, יופי, ונוחות.

מגיל צעיר תמיד אהבתי ליצור ולחפש חומרי גלם חדשים לשלב בעבודות שלי. עולם היצירה הוא עצום ומופלא, ובשנת 2002 החלטתי לפתוח חנות אונליין שנקראה על שם אחותי התאומה, שנפטרה שנה קודם לכן ממחלת הסרטן. החנות נקראה על שמה: "Shulamit Designs", כמחווה לאהבתי אליה ולתשוקה שלי ליצירה.
From a young age, I've always loved creating and searching for new raw materials to incorporate into my work. The world of creativity is vast and wonderful, and in 2002, I decided to open an online store named after my twin sister, who had passed away the previous year from cancer. The store was indeed named after her: "Shulamit Designs," honoring my love for her and my passion for creation.
